Satyam Malhotra is a professional Physical Therapist, Body worker and Author who works in High Park, Toronto. Connecting you to your body’s inner wisdom, he uses CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release to help you heal from pain, let go of trauma held in the body or process anxiety. Available for private treatments from 11 am to 4:30 pm.

Pauline Sok Yin Hwang has over 16 years experience in community health and social services, and now focuses on “care for caregivers and changemakers”. On October 21st she will offer treatments using acupuncture, herbs, meditation, nutrition, and/or Traditional Meridian Massage (a circuit of the head, hands, and feet to balance the major energy channels of the body — for clarity, emotional balance, relaxation, sleep promotion, and energy renewal). Offering private treatments from 11 am to 1 pm, and community acupuncture treatments from 1:30 to 4:30 pm.

Lamia Gibson is a mixed race, trans, meditating parent who likes to use Acupuncture  to help people feel better. By using fine needles inserted along pathways of Qi, acupuncture will help to bring balance to your energy system, this in turn brings about decreased pain, increased energy and benefits your overall well-being. Shelly Sawada is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner currently practicing out of a health centre in Kensington Market.  She will be offering acupuncture with the community acupuncture team. Offering treatments between 1:30 and 5 pm.
Amrit Singh is an Acupuncturist and founder of Drop The Needle Community Acupuncture, an initiative to create awareness about the value of acupuncture and traditional medicine for healing the body by offering treatments at affordable rates. While training in the Japanese style of acupuncture she aims to achieve the best results with the fewest needles possible while educating the patient about what is going on in their body from an Eastern Medicine framework. Offering private treatments from 1 to 5 pm.

Rehana Tejpar is a dancer, theatre artist and community arts educator and healer who has completed her Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Institute in Bombay, India, is a 1st degree Reiki practitioner and an Associate Pranic Healer, trained under the teachings of Master Choa Kok Sui in Chattarpur, India. Pranic healing is an ancient Chinese science and art of healing that utilizes prana or ki or life energy to heal the whole physical body, operating under the premise that all beings have a physical and energetic body, and that by cleansing and energizing the energy body, the physical body can heal itself faster. Offering private treatments from 11 am to 1 pm.

Regine Gorospe is a Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist specializing in Neuro-Muscular rehabilitation with particular focus on helping people recover from stroke, surgery and injuries.  She currently works at Aim2walk Integrated Rehab Centre where she works with a multidisciplinary team of therapists collaborating traditional medicine with cutting edge technology. Offering community acupuncture treatments from 11 am to 2 pm.
Gunjan Chopra is a community organizer and acupuncturist-in-training who enjoys offering Kundalini Reiki, and currently orienting her life towards building healing connections. Kundalini Reiki is an energetic therapy that utilizes the healing power of kundalini or ‘life force’ to awaken the chakras and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. Offering private treatments from 11 am to 5 pm. 
Nisha Ahuja loves to share yogic medicine and reiki, while continuing to learn about other vedic medicines like ayurveda and pranic healing, and continuing her artistic practice as an theatre-movement creator,  actor, singer, and theatre workshop facilitator. Reiki is a subtle energetic healing system through which the practitioner uses gentle touch channeling Ki/Prana, universal life force energy, in the directional flow required by the receiver to move energetic blocks, replenish depletion, and balance the energy system of the receiver. Reiki treatments available 11 to 2 pm. Yoga class 2:30 to 4 pm.

Yoga Asana & Meditation: With nisha as your guide, but you your best teacher, we will share a practice that is focused on mediation, pranic flow, and listening to the wisdom of your body and energetic being through hatha-style asana, pranayama, and breath. Yoga class 2:30 to 4 pm.

Community Acupuncture: Personalized acupuncture treatments will be given in a comfortable group setting. You can lie back in a recliner and relax. Bring comfortable clothes, which you won’t need to remove, and pants which can easily roll up above your knees. Experience the healing of the group ‘Qi’ (life energy) flowing.
