A sliding scale self-care fundraiser: Take an hour or two for your health, while raising funds for a important cause!
Book an appointment for a personalized healing treatment, or a rejuvenating yoga class, all for just a sliding-scale donation. Half your donation will go toward the fundraising, while the other half will go to the practitioner or teacher (for sharing their time, skills, love and equipment).

HOW MUCH SHOULD I DONATE?
Please keep in mind this is a fundraiser for an important community-building event. half the donation goes toward the practitioner/teacher. Donate from your heart, an amount that feels comfortable for you to honour the cause, the practitioner, and yourself.
Community Acupuncture: $20 to $75 suggested (60 min treatment)
Private Treatments (Reiki or Pranic Healing, private Acupuncture, or Bodywork i.e. Shiatsu/Thai Massage/Tuina/Chi Nei Tsang Stomach Massage):

Yoga class (2:30pm to 4 pm): $10 – 30 suggested
The Cause: We’re raising funds for “Honouring and Weaving Stories on Turtle’s Back”, a grassroots gathering, for individuals from Indigenous and other racialized communities to respectfully share stories, support each other and build our collective capacity to establish and maintain sustainable, healthy communities. *Wheelchair Access: The building at 204 Spadina avenue is not accessible to mobility devices. The entrance has one step at the door followed by a short flight of stairs up to the clinic.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THE DAY:
- Please plan to come 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the intake and consent forms
- For community acupuncture, wear/bring comfortable clothes, that you won’t need to remove, and pants that can easily roll above your knees
